The opening plenary session on Day 2 of the APSACC ’09 included a documentary made for the conference by journalists, Chris Masters and Quentin Dempster, entitled Moonlight reflections. Chris Masters reflected on the impact, twenty years later, of his investigative report created for ABC TV (The Moonlight State) which provided the catalyst for the Fitzgerald Inquiry.
