Abstract:
What options are available to public sector agencies to set up better practices and procedures for encouraging and managing whistleblowing? What principles need to inform the decisions of senior managers when establishing or reviewing whistleblowing systems? As lead author of the second report of the Whistling While They Work project, Peter Roberts will present the draft report, reviewing lessons learned from and by the case study agencies in the project. He will outline how the results of this research can help all public sector organisations make better decisions about how to more effectively support and protect employees who report wrongdoing.
