In this presentation we discuss:

• how the commission has used electronic evidence to help detect corruption
• the types of electronic evidence the commission has collected and presented
• covert and overt methods and useful tools available to collect and analyse electronic data and evidence
• some of the obstacles, hurdles, pitfalls and challenges we have encountered.
