Attending APSACC 2026 involves a few important steps to ensure your registration and participation run smoothly.

This page provides essential information on fees, payments, cancellations, travel, dietary needs and other practical details for delegates.

APSACC event management

Conlog offers a full range of conference, meetings, exhibition management and sponsorship services and is an accredited Professional Conference Organiser (PCO). Conlog is working with the National Anti-Corruption Commission to bring you APSACC 2026.

Acknowledgment and confirmation

All communication with registered delegates will be by email. Registrations will be sent a confirmation letter and tax invoice within 5 working days of submitting a registration form. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder before contacting Conlog.

If your email address changes after completing the registration form, please advise Conlog of your new email address.

Fees and payment

All payments must be received before the conference. If payment for your registration type (for example, Early Bird) is not received by the cut-off date, your registration will be changed to the next level.

Goods and Services in Australia are subject to a 10% tax. All conference registrations and ticket rates quoted on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Tax invoices will be issued after registration and payment. VISA, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. When you pay by credit card, Lasch Pty Ltd TA Conference Logistics will appear on your statement. Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone. A 2.75% fee applies to credit card payments. This fee will be added to the amount showing once you select you card type.

Details for EFT payments will be provided on your tax invoice. Please reference the payment with your name and invoice number.

Cancellation and refunds

  • All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to apsac@conlog.com.au.

  • Changes to registrations or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Email apsac@conlog.com.au with any changes.

  • If you cannot attend after registering, you may nominate a substitute. Send substitute names by email to apsac@conlog.com.au.

  • Cancellations made on or before 7 August 2026 will receive a refund less an administration and cancellation fee of $110.

  • Cancellations on or after 8 August 2026 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the organising committee.

  • Refunds will be issued after the conference.

  • Refunds will not be given for non-attendance.

  • Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual.

Overseas attendees

Ensure passports are valid and visa requirements are met before arrival. See the Travel and visa information page for details.

Catering and dietary requirements

Morning and afternoon teas and lunches will be provided. If you have not already notified Conlog of dietary requirements (for example, shellfish allergy or vegetarian), please email acmhn@conlog.com.au as soon as possible.

Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the caterer’s ability. Individuals with severe allergies must advise Conlog before the conference and bring prescribed medication (for example, an EpiPen, Phenergan, etc.) to the conference and any associated function. While organisers and caterers take due care, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.

Accessibility

Every effort will be made to support you to feel comfortable and included at APSACC 2026. If you require assistance or specific arrangements, include details on your registration form under ‘Accessibility requirements’. You may also contact Conlog on +61 2 6281 6624 or apsac@conlog.com.au.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own travel insurance. Policies should cover loss of fees or deposits, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The organisers are not responsible for delegates who fail to insure.

Registration desk

The registration and information desk will be open for the duration of the conference and will be the main point of contact for enquiries.

Photography

Photographs will be taken throughout the conference and social functions. If you do not wish to be photographed, email apsac@conlog.com.au or advise staff at the registration desk.

Dress code

Business casual dress is required for all conference sessions and social functions.

Name badges

Your official conference name badge must be worn at all times. It is your entry to all sessions.

Parking

Entry to the National Convention Centre underground car park is on Constitution Avenue, between the venue and the Airservices Australia building. See the conference centre website for more details.

Privacy

A list of participants will be produced, including names, organisations and state or country. You will be asked for permission to include your details when you register.

APSACC 2026 operates in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into effect on 25 May 2018. Before registering, you must consent to your data being used to facilitate your registration and to plan and implement the conference. This includes providing dietary requirements to venues and accommodation details to hotels.
